The mission of Fowler Educational Coaching & Consulting is to empower leaders to think strategically and creatively about how to best meet the needs of their organizations and the communities that they serve.

As a coach and consultant, Elizabeth Fowler specializes in motivating individuals and teams to embrace their leadership potential. Her goal is to help clients gain deep insights into people and systems so that they can maximize joy and engagement -while minimizing burnout and turnover- in their organizations. Elizabeth provides engaging professional development which prioritizes relationships, goal-setting, and cycles of reflection and feedback; her work with clients draws on well-curated resources and her deep understanding of how people learn.

Elizabeth Fowler

Elizabeth Fowler is a coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience as a teacher and principal in public schools. Her diverse background includes producing and performing in children’s theater, serving in the hospitality industry, and parenting a teen–experiences which all contribute to her unique perspective and the humor that she brings to her work.

Elizabeth has a unique ability to see the bigger picture and guide clients to feel hopeful about the impact of their work in building a better future through their work with young people.  She excels at developing leadership skills and organizational capacity through a framework that emphasizes relationship cultivation, a big-picture mindset, and the ability to challenge barriers. 
 

Highlights of her recent professional work include: developing a mentorship program for educational Technology Directors,  coaching new administrators; engaging in research and developing educational materials related to A.I. in K-12 Education; and, facilitating curriculum and instructional planning development for staff working with students with moderate to severe disabilities.

Elizabeth facilitates learning experiences  that motivate individuals and groups of leaders in their efforts to:

When not unleashing leadership potential in others, Elizabeth can be found exploring the great outdoors with her amazing daughter, willing plants to grow in her gardens, and listening to political podcasts while riding her bike on the coast of Southern Maine.
